I have been where you are.  I was a principal who was overwhelmed, exhausted and just a moment away from turning in my resignation.

And then crisis hit.  Our school had a fire.  We recovered and creating a way of healing through social and emotional learning.  One of the keys I learned, was that I, as the leader, had to become a healthier version of myself.  And I set out to do just that.

Through therapy, mindfulness, balance, and boundaries  I created a new version of leadership that allowed me to stay.  Well, do more than stay, I learned to thrive.
